Keep in mind that only the Principal Member, or their authorised third party, has the right to cancel a whole membership. We’ll cancel your membership from the date that we receive your notice and forward you a refund of any excess premiums.

It’s OK if you change your mind, just let us know within 30 days of joining and as long as you’ve made no claims we’ll refund your premiums.
