As rapidly as the coronavirus situation changes, we’re making efforts to respond accordingly.
As part of the Medibank family, we’ve collectively launched a $50 million member support package, and postponed this year’s premium increases for all ahm members from 1 April 2020, for six months.
We’ll be automatically applying the premium postponement to your policy, so there’s no need for you to call us. If we do need some assistance from you, we’ll be sure to get in touch.
This is part of our ongoing commitment to help all our members at this time.

Aiding Mental Health services

The hard work isn’t over and we’re not stopping here. We’ll continue to review the situation to ensure our members are supported during these uniquely challenging times.
In the meantime, please reach out to the ahm team team via Live chat or via phone on 13 42 46 if you need any further assistance. We’re here from 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday (AEDT).
You can also check out our FAQs to help with questions you may have about your cover. We’ll be updating this regularly as this situation evolves so it’s worthwhile circling back so you’re up to date with the latest info.
