You can prepay your health insurance and lock in your current premium for up to 12 months.
As premium review changes take affect from 1 April, to qualify for any premium lock, prepayments would need to be received prior to 31 March. We recommend making payment a few business days before this to allow for processing time
How to prepay
- Log in to your account and head to the 'Payment details' section.
- Select 'Make a once off payment'.
- Choose the 'Pay your cover until' option and select a date. Enter your credit card details on the next page and you're done!
You can also prepay by contacting us on live chat or over the phone during our operating hours.
Please note, if you make a change to your cover (other than changing your address) or you suspend your cover, the new premiums will apply from the date the change is effective. If you move to another state, your premiums and ‘date paid to’ will change. The new premiums will also apply.
