To register, simply complete the MPPA Billing Registration (pdf) form to obtain a Billing Entity number, register your EFT and contact details.
Email your completed form to mppa@medibank.com.au along with details of the providers you wish to be linked to your Billing Entity number.
Please note: Receipt of your registration does not mean automatic acceptance.
How to claim
- Automatically through Eclipse which allows you to process your claims electronically in a streamlined way, or
- Manually by downloading the MPPA Batch Header, attaching it to your claims and email to info@ahm.com.au or send by post to ahm health insurance MPPA, Locked Bag 4, Wetherill Park NSW 2164.

Change your MPPA Billing details
To change your MPPA please complete a MPPA Billing Channel change of details form (pdf) and email back to mppa@medibank.com.au
Please note: Any change to details must be completed by the Billing Entity contact or the account contact.
