How do I update my details?

Updating your contact details is super easy. You can log in to your account online or via the ahm app to update your address, email and phone number at any time. Here’s a step-by-step guide for how to do this. 

If we’re missing some of your contact details, you may need to get in touch with us to provide these details. After that, you’ll be able to log in to your account and make any changes yourself online!

Privacy and consent

Partners and dependants (aged 16+) have options regarding how their personal and sensitive information is shared with the Principal Member on their policy (or other authorised persons). If the Principal member adds contact details for partners and dependants aged 16+, we may get in touch with them to ask if they want to provide the Principal Member with Personal Information and Claims Consent (PICC).
