Direct Debit
Simply set up a direct debit with your preferred frequency and date and we’ll withdraw the premiums from your nominated bank account or credit card when the premiums are due.
Log in to make a once off payment and manage how you make regular payments online. Please note:
- Mastercard and Visa payments incur a 0.21% surcharge, and you can avoid this if you choose Direct Debit from your bank account.
- If you have a direct debit set up, making an additional once-off credit card or BPAY payment will not change any direct debit arrangements you have with us.
Make a once off payment
Just have your member number and credit card handy and you can pay any amount you like at any time. Please note, Visa and Mastercard are accepted and your payment may include a 0.21% surcharge.
