We’ll get in touch to let you know if you’ve missed a payment and your premiums are overdue.
If you pay by direct debit and your payment fails because we don’t have the correct payment details, we’ll put your direct debit arrangement on hold. If we do have your correct payment details, we’ll reattempt the payment a second time before putting your direct debit arrangement on hold to make sure you can catch up.
You can then log in to your account and make a payment when it suits you to catch up, as well as reinstating or setting up a new direct debit. Here’s how to set up or change your direct debit details.
Just remember, you need to be paid up to date to be able to claim.
