They DON'T include:

How does this work?
Visit a selected dentist and we’ll pay for the full cost of the included treatments above. The cost will come out of your Routine Dental limit so you'll need to have enough benefits available.
Need extra work? We’ll still chip in towards items not included above (subject to waiting periods), but what we pay will vary depending on your product, and also come out of your annual limits.
